Converts snippet references (#123) into links.

Well, this is simpler than the actual version in use. That one looks up the snippet name and adds it to the link as a tooltip.

I'd like to turn thing like dynamize into Lua snippets, but it's not so easy to integrate them at this point. But maybe we can make it work.
